Ingredients
Crust

 

  • 2 cups crushed Oreos
  • 5 Tbs melted butter

Filling

  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 6 oz tempered Dark chocolate
  • 6 oz tempered Milk Chocolate 
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Sour Cream Top

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 Tbs sugar
  • 1 Tbs Vanilla
  • 5 oz tempered semi sweet Chocolate
preheat oven to 350

grease a 9x3 spring form pan.

Mix crushed Oreos (I usually blend mine in a vita mix)  with butter, press mixture onto the bottom of spring form pan.    Bake for 10 minutes.

lower oven temperature to 315.

Cream softened cream cheese with sugar, add eggs one at a time.  Mix in sour cream. separate batter into two bowls add dark chocolate to one bowl and milk chocolate the to other. Spoon each batter into the cooled crust.  Take a tooth pick and run through batter to swirl them together. bake for 1 hour or until middle is set.

mix sour cream, sugar, vanilla and chocolate.  let cheesecake cool down for 15 minutes. pour sour cream mixture on top.  Bake at 400 for 5 minutes.  turn oven off and let cheesecake cool in oven.  chill overnight.
